1. Services Offered
Kingdom Clean Auto Detail provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and other related treatments. A full list of services and pricing is available on our website or upon request.
2. Appointments & Access
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. You must provide access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. We require access to a water and electrical source unless otherwise specified. Vehicles must be located in a safe, legal, and accessible area (e.g., driveway or parking lot). We do not perform services on public streets unless authorized by local regulations. California has strict runoff laws for water and chemicals; accordingly, Customer agrees to provide access to areas that comply with such laws and/or that service will occur in such areas.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments through Apple Pay, Cash, Klarna, Paypal, Venmo. An advanced payment may be required for high-value or group bookings.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 15% of original service cost. No-shows or failure to provide vehicle access will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of original service cost. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, poor paint condition, or malfunctioning vehicle parts. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. Our detailing does not include any repairs.. You agree that our total liability for any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to this Service Agreement (Terms of Service), whether in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, strict liability, or otherwise, shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the total fees paid by you to us, under this Service Agreement (Terms of Service). In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Customer acknowledges that we do not provide insurance for the Customer’s vehicle.
7. Weather Policy
If weather conditions (e.g., rain, extreme cold) prevent safe or effective service, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Remove valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Inform us of any special conditions (e.g., pet hair, stains, allergies). Ensure your vehicle is legally parked and accessible.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website and will govern any future services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Santa Barbara. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. No amendment shall be valid unless signed in writing by both parties and/or unless it is posted on our website.
